Veteran of the Financial Services Industry for over 3 Decades, Paul provides comprehensive claim consulting to a national clientele of Insurers, Municipalities, Self-Insureds, Law Firms and TPA’s on complex insured and self/insured claim matters. Paul assisted the City of Detroit Law Dept in constructing their First Successful Structured Settlement in 1986 and has continued to provide structured settlements consulting to the City of Detroit as well as municipalities across the country. Paul provides CE, educational and training seminars and has frequently been a speaker at Association gatherings across the country.
