Chris started his career administering workers’ compensation claims for a national insurer, responsible for hundreds of claims in multiple states. In 2006 Chris expanded his career by joining HATHAWAY Settlements and completing his Financial Planning designation. Chris assists attorneys, claim adjusters, and claimants on a wide variety of settlement negotiations including personal injury litigation, workers’ compensation, and employment claims. Chris is a lecturer and provides CE, educational and training seminars to Law Firms and Insurance Claims offices on negotiating with a Structured Settlement and has been a frequent speaker at Association gatherings across the country.
